Kelsey is a Clinical Psychologist in Canberra and a Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists.
Kelsey prioritises warmth, connection and collaboration in the therapy room. This means working closely with clients to fully understand them and the problems they are facing and developing a plan together to fix or cope with those problems.
Kelsey is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA), with a Masters in Psychology (Clinical), and a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) (Honours). Kelsey has been endorsed by the PBA in the practice area of Clinical Psychology. Kelsey welcomes clients with a wide variety of presentations, but has the most experience in working with people with anxiety, trauma, grief, stress and low mood. Kelsey utilises a range of therapeutic modalities in her work including CBT, EMDR and Schema Therapy, and provides evidence-based psychological therapies to clients across the lifespan.
Kelsey provides neuroaffirming therapy to Autistic people or those wondering if they are on the spectrum. She is trained in assessing for Autism using the MIGDAS-2.
Kelsey works Tuesday to Friday from Griffith. Her first session is at 8am and her last session is at 2pm. Sessions cost $280 and the Medicare rebate under a Mental Health Care Plan is $141.85.
